FOUNDER
Founder of the Company is Dunav Insurance Company registered for all types of insurance, reinsurance and coinsurance. IT is the only insurance company registered for more than 180 types of property, life and mandatory insurance.
With a total market share of 27%, a developed sales network with 28 main branches and around 600 points of sale that enable wide national coverage, a high degree of promptness in claims settlement of 96.4%, Dunav Insurance Company is the leader on the domestic insurance market.

Back in 1992 Mr. Trifunovic tied his initial professional orientation to financial sector starting his career in the then Jugobanka (today NLB bank). Shortly afterwards, he dedicated his professional career to insurance, first in DDOR Novi Sad, Backa Palanka branch, working in various leading positions. Since 2010 until taking over his current position he has been employed in Dunav osiguranje, first as the Director of the Main Branch of Sremska Mitrovica and than as the Sales Director of the North region.
During 2014 he was a member of the Management Board of Dunav banka, where he was appointed as the representative of the than majority shareholder, Dunav osiguranje.
Since 2008, he holds a licence for VPF membership informing.
Zoran Milivojevic, Finance Director
Bsc in Economics (Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade)
His professional career started in a firm Metalservis in the acquisition and sales department. From 1996 to 2002. he was employed in Delta M Beograd as a director of post-sale and salesment department for Serbia and Montenegro. During that time, he also managed with the first service facility owned by Delta M.
In 2003. he continued his career in Deloitte, where he participated in auditing financial reports for companies like: JAT, Genex, Imlek, C Market, Sintelon, NIS. He was involved in implementation Value Added Tax system and its financial-accounting treatment in companies like Tigar, Mobtel, B92.
From 2006. To november 2014. He was CFO in Dunav voluntary pension fund management company. He was in charge for making financial reports both for the Management Company and Fund, coordination with brokerage house, custody bank and National bank of Serbia. Member of the Investment Board from 2007 to 2020.
Since 2014. August 2020 he was Executive Director of Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company.
He participated in many domestic and foreign forums.
Ivan Batinica, Portfolio Manager and President of the Investment Board

Licensed portfolio manager and broker
Ivan has 10 + years of experience in brokerage and asset management in domestic financial market and 7 + years of experience in trading on the global financial markets. He was a broker in brokerage house ‘City Trust Securities’ where he traded shares and short-term securities. His main tasks as a broker and analyst in the brokerage house ‘Dunav Stockbroker’ were portfolio creation and active management of institutional investors trading accounts. Since 2004 he had one of the key roles in portfolio management of pension assurance company ´Dunav TBI´.
Since June 2007 Ivan has been Portfolio Manager in Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company.
